Mo hanh is such a clever invention to easily give dishes an extra touch of flavor. Especially good with garnishing vermicelli and steamed fish.
- 4 stalks of spring onion (about 100 g)
- 4 tbsp oil
- pinch of salt
- Clean the spring onions, pat dry and cut the green and white parts in fine rings.
- Heat the oil in a small pan and add the spring onions. Add a pinch of salt. Fry the spring onion glassy and soft. Do not let them brown.
- Add the spring onion with oil in a bowl and garnish your dish with it.
