Mo hanh is such a clever invention to easily give dishes an extra touch of flavor. Especially good with garnishing vermicelli and steamed fish.

Ingredients

  • 4 stalks of spring onion (about 100 g)
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Clean the spring onions, pat dry and cut the green and white parts in fine rings.
  2. Heat the oil in a small pan and add the spring onions. Add a pinch of salt. Fry the spring onion glassy and soft. Do not let them brown.
  3. Add the spring onion with oil in a bowl and garnish your dish with it.
